Effective Date: 1 December 2025 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website of Motivex Materials (the “Site”) and any related services, including technical sourcing, distribution, and regulatory consultancy (collectively, the “Services”). Motivex Materials is operated by Easlink B.V. (trading as Motivex Materials), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 81639155. All information on the Site—including technical data sheets, specifications, and guidance on REACH, CBAM, or other regulations—is provided for professional, informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or contract unless explicitly confirmed in writing. 2. Professional and Technical Disclaimer Our technical advice on material selection, processing, rheology, or formulations is based on general industry knowledge and experience. No Guarantee of Results — The actual performance of any material depends on your specific processing conditions, equipment, formulations, testing, and application. We strongly recommend conducting your own laboratory and pilot-scale trials before commercial production. Motivex Materials shall not be liable for any production issues, losses, defects, or damages arising from the use or application of our suggestions, recommendations, or supplied materials, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. 3. Regulatory Compliance Disclaimer (REACH & CBAM) We ensure that products we directly import into the EU comply with applicable REACH registration obligations where we act as importer. For CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism) and related emissions reporting, we rely on data provided by upstream manufacturers and suppliers. We verify such data to the best of our knowledge and ability, but we do not warrant or guarantee its absolute accuracy, completeness, or suitability for your specific CBAM declarations. You remain responsible for your own CBAM compliance, reporting, and any associated costs or liabilities.
